Meals: It is important to the overall experience of the Process that your meal breaks are spent together with the group and occasionally in silence. A Quiet Mind - The Gift of Observing Silence: During the course of the weekend, you will be asked to "observe silence" between certain sessions and during some of the meal times. This is a wonderful opportunity to simply be and to consciously observe your thoughts, especially your internal dialogue about you.
